City Harvest Food Drive A Huge Success
Over the past three weeks the Early Childhood Club collected over 60 pounds of canned goods, cereals, pasta, rice, soups, and other non-perishable food items and donated them to City Harvest, a well-known charity which supplies surplus food to homeless shelters, soup kitchens, and food pantries in NYC. Reyna Richman, Doreen Brittingham, and Theresa Maresco helped pack up all the food, and greeted the City Harvest volunteers who arrived by truck today to pick up our three large cartons of donations. Thank you to all the students, faculty, and staff who contributed!
Reminder: The Early Childhood Club's next meeting will be on Tuesday, November 29 at 3pm in room V118.
Happy Thanksgiving!
